Helpful Tips
Arrival
It is best to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you arrive late. We may have to modify your service or have an available service provider complete the service.
Cancellations
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice when multiple services are scheduled. A 24 hour notice is required for all other cancellations. A major credit card or gift card is required to secure appointments for elected services. Failure to cancel on time will result in a 50% charge for the cost of services reserved.
Privacy
His or Hers is a co-ed facility. Special attention to your privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all treatments.
Payment
His or Hers Salon accepts Mastercard, Visa, cash and checks. A $25 fee will apply to returned checks.
Pricing
The experience and availability of our service providers may command higher prices. These professionals offer you the benefit of years of experience and advanced training. All of our staff members, regardless of position, meet the high standards that His or Hers and our guest expect.
Gratuities
Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20% which may be made directly through your service provider. Gratuities cannot be added to charge or debit cards.
Seniors
Adults 65 and up receive a 10% discount on haircuts, styles and perms on Wednesdays.
Children
We love them and are happy to serve them as well. However, we ask that they be brought into the salon and spa only if they have an appointment. It is our goal to keep our salon and spa a relaxing environment.
Cell Phone Use
To help us provide a relaxed atmosphere for everyone, please turn your cell phones off during your visit to the salon.
Gift Certificates
His or Hers Salon & Spa Gift Certificates can be purchased in the salon or online in any dollar amount or for any service the gift giver chooses. This way, the gift recipient is certain to get exactly what he or she wants. Our spa reserves the right to convert any service-based gift certificate to a cash value certificate, if the service indicated is no longer available or the original price of the service has changed. Our gift certificates expire one year from the original date of purchase (void when prohibited), are non-refundable and gratuities are not included.
