The level system accomplishes 2 main goals. The first is to provide the strongest foundation for growth and advancement for our team. As a teaching salon, we have our own training program, advanced education and an educator development program. This pricing system allows our staff the opportunity to grow and prosper. Technicians at higher levels have established a high client demand.
