Dawn loves building meaningful relationships with guests, whether she’s welcoming someone new or catching up with longtime clients. She is passionate about making every guest feel valued, appreciated, and right at home from the moment they walk through the door.

Dawn enjoys helping guests discover the perfect hair color to enhance their natural beauty, but her true passion is makeup education. After navigating changes in her own skin and learning how to create a routine that worked for her with the help of Jane Iredale products, she now loves sharing that knowledge through personalized makeup lessons that help others feel confident and empowered. Known for her direct, outgoing personality and warm smile, guests can always expect friendly conversation, genuine care, and a willingness to help.

Outside of the salon, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren—and loves tackling projects, building, and repairing just about anything.
